Job hunting

Hi guys,
I'm new to operations/dispatch. I'm living in dublin and on the job hunt. Anybody working in this area? I've sent CV's everywhere with no reply. I think you need inside information to get anywhere in Dublin!!! Would love to have a chat with anyone working in this area/PM.
Anybody got any ideas how to get a foot in the door????
