Who sends certain Cargo Imp Messages and who receives

I am going for a Cargo agent interview soon, and one of the things i will be asked is who sends messages like, FFM, CPM, UCM etc i dont know what other messages are supposed to be sent or received to confirm that cargo has been sent and received. Anyone who know the procedure please help...
