Flight Dispatch New Zealand

Are there any flight dispatcher training schools in Auckland New Zealand.
If anybody could please help me with this, I've looked around and I'm struggling to find any in NZ.

No licence required for flight despatch in NZ and therefore no training schools. Air NZ would be looking for pilot qualifications, ATPL Nav or similar to get through the door.

Will it improve my chances of getting hired with air NZ or any other flight operations company in NZ if I have a flight dispatchers licence? Do you perhaps have any idea of what sort of salary they would pay a flight dispatcher in NZ?
