Air Tanker Dispatch Job

Just wondering if anyone who has applied for the Dispatch Coordinator job with Air Tanker has heard anything from them? I know that there was an assessment day in Jan. I emailed the HR dep and got a speedy response advising that they have my application, are working through the cv's and will be in touch "in the coming week". I have heard nothing after yet another email to ATr. No news is good news I suppose :-/

Yes that's right. I am hoping we are still in the running for selection. There were about 5 different positions closing on the same day. I think they gave themselves a huge task in processing applications in just over a week before the selection days. I am being optimistic in thinking no news is good news.

Same here, I got my rejection letter the other day. I at least expected an interview as I have 6 years experience dispatching A330's for a major British Airline and demonstrated all the qualities they asked for in my cv & covering letter. I smell as rat too re the RAF job losses

Errr...

Maybe there were others better qualified for the job role?

Simply having dispatched (and is that load planned, crew briefed etc or just a few gate print outs and a loadsheet from CLC?) and 'having the desired qualities' doesn't qualify you for an interview

There's nothing fishy about the job advert or role
