average fuel consumption

average fuel consumption
hey guys,
im trying to calculate the average fuel consumption for our aircraft
im not sure how to do it. i tried to enter all the data i have in excel sheet how much fuel we burned since we got the aircraft . and i got a number of 2465.75 lbs per hour which im sure its not right
we have
Embraer phenom 300
first hour fuel burn 1400 lbs/hr
each hour after the first hour 1000 lbs/hr
lnading fuel burn is 600 lbs
these numbers are all estimated
can anyone tell me how to calculate my average fuel consumption per hour for this aircraft or any aircraft ? is there a formula ?
