urgent help!!!!!!
hey guys,
im a flight dispatch and i need a big help .
i started a new job in one of the flight school where they still in process of estalishing positions and departments.
i work in the operation and i have been asked to write a dispatch manual and procedures..
its involve with the procedure of the flight school.
i spent all my career in commercial operation FAR 121. and this is totally new for me .
if any one have dispatch manual where i can take ideas please provide it for me .. if you have a manual please send me a message here in the private and i will provide you my email.

thanks alot mate...thats helpful...
i hope the guys will give me more option here as well ... hopefully will find more manual to get more ideas and come up with my own manual for dispatch procedure
