Alitalia to sell LHR ground handling division?

There is a rumour going on that Alitalia's handling division will only continue operating in their Rome hub (third party handling too). It would be a shame to see another ground handler that has been operating since so many years in LHR go.

Anyone heard anything?

Heard T4 operations were to merge with Cobalt (Air France KLM) to form some sort of Skyteam Handling for T4. With KLM-AF's 25% stake in Alitalia it could be possible and would monopolize T4 pretty much.
