Wet Runway and Boeing Performance Software

Hello colleagues!
The question arised while compiling runway analysis in BPS.
It hasn't wet runway and I wonder how should pilot obtain V1-Vr-V2 if runway is wet.
BPS has only Dry, Standing Water, Slush and Slippery.
I found information frome presentation report that wet runway should be considered as slippery with good braking coefficient, but can't find any circular or regulation stating that.
Can You help me with search of such document ?
