FAA licence

Hi,

They don't do conversions however if you already have an ICAO standard licence then you might qualify for an abbreviated course at an approved flight dispatch training school such as Sheffield School in Florida Airline Dispatcher FAA Certification . The course takes about 2 weeks. You would need to contact the school to verify that you qualify however.

The other option is to undertake their distance learning course where you study at home. Even if you choose this route, you must still travel to the USA at the end to undertake the exams as the licence cannot be issued outside of the USA.

The school can assist with paperwork for a student visa.

Hope that helped.
