Entry to Employment - Best way?
After a break of 20 years 
from the industry (engineering) I'd like to return, and like to do something in the Flight/Ground Ops, Crewing and Dispatch areas, of which I have no experience.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, with any advice, training courses that would help etc. Yes, I know some of you will think deluded idiot, don't do it,
your too old, section him etc etc, but i am relatively thick skinned.
