Evening all,

Just noticed this on AviationJobSearch:

Does anyone have any feedback on the Atlantic operation please? Nice outfit to work for?

Many thanks, EGHO.

I worked in this position for just over a year. They are a really good team and the atmosphere in the office was great.

Go for it, I would certainly recommend it, very highly!

Just watch out for Eric....................

Dont knock it until you have tried it...........

Besides there are lots of reasons why such a job could be perfect for an individual.

It really isnt just about the money.

I took a big pay reduction when I started.....but it got me back into pure airline operations and for that I will be eternally grateful.

....and I got to see Eric !!!

So Grand Ops, what is the average salary for an Ops Officer? And what salary are Atlantic offering? I know the answer but just wonder what figures you have in mind to preach to someone about respect.

And as regards your comment about the job "keeps coming up over the last ten years", I'm sure you have thoughts on why that is. Obviously it has nothing to do with Atlantic Airlines merging with West Air Sweden and taking over their Ops function therefore more than doubling in size.

Now is your chance to actually make "another well made point"

EGHOboi go for it. As waco and merlinxx mention, it's a great place to work
