Non-Pilot Careers in Aviation

So I'm just trying to get a general list of ideas on possible employment opportunities. I know the job market sucks right now so i'm trying to expand the options I might have.

*U.S. citizen
*Spaniard citizen
*That being said...English/Spanish fluent
*4 year degree from Embry-Riddle in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Business Administration
*FAA Aircraft Dispatching Certificate

My biggest setback is a lack of real-world experience. I'm highly considering a move to Spain or England (I think a job in England would be harder since I don't have citizenship there). Jobs along the line of Airport/Airline Management (more specifically with Airside/Flight Operations) is where I would love to have a career.

Any recommendations?
