Information on Ramp Operators

Hi! How are You All? Me fine. I am 43 years young and I read in Wings Magazine, the Canadian Aviation Magazine and the latest issue there is a supplement of Careers in Aviation and I read about Ramp Operators and Ground Support, I would like to know that If I am too old to start in that career and what does it take courses wise to enter in the Field of Work or Dedication? Is is easier lets say to have a vocation(vocation for me is more important than a job) in Ramp Operators and Ground Support than lets say to be a Flight Attendant and Airline Dispatcher. In the near Future what is the trends in Aviation where There will be more openings for work? Please help.
Thank You for Your Attention and Collaboration.
Take care.

I may say ramp operator is less "certified" as a flight attendant or dispatcher.

Yous hook to any handling company and then have easier way to get to the operators. This is the safest way also for the company.
