Overflight clearances

I'm looking for some ideas how to get overflight clearances for Africa/ME towards Asia ... can anyone out there give me any pointers?

Most of the countries in ME permits obtaining via local agent about africa try to reach them via phone mail and AFTN

FEDEL - Middle East is easy direct with CAA offices, no agent needed.

As per my previous experience countries in ME like Jordan,Syria usually refuse direct request for permits ....

Jordan yes, an agent is mandatory. But the ME generally is easy to deal with in terms of permits.
