Hey!

Any idea's who handle Flybe at MAN, I Thought it was Flight support? But on the Flybe website a few weeks ago there were jobs advertised for Customer Care agents?

Customer Care Agents work on the Flybe Ticket Desk, and in the Lounge. FS do everything else.

Flybe employee their own staff in certain customer services roles at a small number of airports, such as ticket desk or customer services staff.

All other passenger handling and ground handling roles are performed by 3rd party agents, as are the customer services roles in most Flybe destinations.
