UAE Entry Requirments

Hello guys

Can somebody provide me with information on UAE Entry requirements and if there is any special navigation equipment that would be mandatory apart from the ACAS II / TCAS V7 that they state in landing permits ?

Also if there will be any mandatory equipment required to be carried on board effective from 2011 ?

Would appreciate any info and source of this info (AIP, Notam, etc...)
