Cost Control

Hello

What policies are your airline applying or applied in the past in order to minimize costs in reference to policies and flights dispatching ? maybe some cost index change , tankering ,etc...

What are the steps taken from Operations control centers to minimize costs ?

Would you guys share the applied strategies during the financial crisis that affected the aviation industry ?

BA back in the black...

Maybe ask Willie Walsh, he seems to have done what many thought was impossible in BA...

All the best...
