Plotting Route on Wind Charts

Any suggestions for a website that plots routes on Wind or Sig wx. Charts ?

I know that this option is available at LIDO flight planning system but my airline is using another system and many pilots asks if this option can be provided ?

so looking for any alternatives that gives the same option

Jetplanner takes into account the current winds aloft and is very good. Depends what type of money yo want to spend tho.
