TRC / Dispatch wage structure
Hi all, new to the forum although I've been following for a while.
I'm trying to help out some ex-colleagues with getting some figures for different companies that perform a TRC / Dispatch function. They're trying to find out an industry average if there is such a thing as, yep you've guessed it........they're after a pay rise. Also what kind of roster, leave entitlement and any other benefits you guys are entitled to.
Could anyone help by at least pointing me in the right direction as I haven't come across much info in the last few days. I HAVE tried the search, just not coming up with what I need.
They perform the function for BA / ZB / EZY plus GA flights too.
