CAP550 - gone?

CAP550 - gone?
CAP550 has been AWOL from the NATS and AIS website for a few days now. Is this a genuine server error - the error message suggests it is (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/aip/current/misc/CAP550.pdf ); or has it been removed permanently following this consultation? -http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/7/20100401...tiveCAP550.pdf
If anyone has any clues, would be greatly appreciated, I'm sure I'm not the only one who relies on it for work?

I'm quite surprised that no one else has apparently been inconvenienced or atleast knows what is happening with CAP550 or its replacement?
If, as the document linked-to suggested, CAP550 is now available on the AIS site, I haven't been able to find it?
