hi all,
not sure if this is the right area i need, but i'll give it a try.
i am trying to fins anyone from the handling agents at manchester airport who handle foe Eurocypria airlines. we are trying to find out what the current situation is with the flights ECA/UI 816 (LCA-MAN) and ECA/UI 817 (MAN-LCA). this flight was due to operate yesterday, but obviously affected by the recent ash cloud activity.
i work in a travel agency and have an elderly client who does not have access to the internet. obviously we want to assist her as much as possible, however i am worried for her for when we go home. the more info wwe can pass on before we go, the easier i will feel tonight when we leave.
