shear rate

do you have reff for shear rate catagory for the wind aloft?
I looked at jepp text but couldnt find it.
I remember the number from 1 to 12.
but I need to know for example 12105/5 is it moderate or severe,
thanks for your help

the reference you need is in the online manual that is linked to through JetPlan.com Login.

I suspect the answer provided (just search for "shear") in respect of the description of what JetPlan is actually calculating and reporting may provoke further thought though.
