on the news today they said that british airspace was closed at 12.00hrs and nothing would be flying...except maybe emergency helicopter flights.....so does this effect light aircraft,as i see a cessna land at an airstrip at 13.45??????

Airspace is not and aerodromes are not closed... ATC are unable to issue IFR clearances through it...

anywho, nothing to stop a VFR cessna...

was at Denham today just North of Heathrow, and saw many aircraft flying into and out of the aerodrome...

don't forget that these little buzzers have engine air filter and fly too slow for abrasion to take effect
