Lebanon is via AFTN, email doesn't work at present.
Same with Turkey so use an agent.
Syria - open to offers on this but I have no problems
Jordan is via mandatory agent
KSA
Why can't you apply via an agent ????

Jordan and Syria emails don't work.
Lebanon is via AFTN only, documents by fax.
Most countries you can deal with direct but there are some, such as India, Jordan etc where an agent is mandatory.
If they say you need to go via diplomatic channels then that is exactly what you should do. Going direct to the CAA won't change this.
I assume the cargo is something that maybe should not be mentioned
PM me if you need help.
