hey guys and gals. got a question on a DCS again. wat system does EZY use for reservations and departure control. wat system do they use for WAB.

If I remember correctly they use an inhouse system called eRes for reservations and departure control and they don't have their own weight and balance system - thats down to each handling agent.

W&B is mostly manual - standard loading instructions with a load chit for the A319 and a manual loadsheet on the 737. Not sure about the A321.

W and B is done by the flt crew on our LPC (Less Paper Cockpit) - Airbus. Not sure about the Boeing. We just input the figures and out pops the answers!

Did you manage to get rid of the LDS form as well? GPRS data, or download at base? We also use LPC but then all is rewritten onto 4 paper copies. 8-(

Menzies at LGW are using D Plan for easyJet B737 W & B or manual load sheet.

A319/A320/A321 - use standard loadplan + chit and Flight Crews complete W & B on their LPC laptops.

we just copy the no's from the LPC onto the small w & b form, I sign it, check it, one for the dispatcher, one copy for us
