Icao Foo, to Foo FAA

im holding a flight dispatchers lic issued by CAA philippines, my question is how can i apply for being an faa lic flight dispatcher. or should i get a new training to get it or im only going to get the examination and pass it to qualify.
- can someone tell me what is the difference betwwen flight dispatcher issued by caa philippines and flight dispatcher issued by FAA.

-and also the limitation of its duties.

I'd address this question to your nearest FAA office or write to them in Oklahoma. But my guess is you'll get experience credit for you Philipines License but will need to sit the FAA exams.
