Seat Brokers

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any seat brokers that are able to sell allocations of seats on a freesale basis or have any distressed stock on any routes.

Bucket shops are gone. All Scheduled and charter airlines sell excess seats themselves on line or use other websites like lastminute dot com!
Someone in an airline commercial department please cofirm if I am right??
