Heard on the grapevine that Mr BT, boss of FS has recently "moved on". Pushed or walked? Any truth in this?

Don't know if Mr B T walked or was pushed but a twisted arm must be quite painful - been talking to some of the FS boys and they are waiting to see if they get any money in their bank accounts tomorrow - dont worry guys (well some of you) Manx Regional will look after you - Happy New Year and good luck

If I came across as being smug I apologise, I genuinely feel sorry for most of FS staff. Most of them are hardworking and are very good at their jobs.

I work for fs iom I'm looking for new job as most of us are - I dont know where you have good job please pm me I'll come work with you! we are working under staffed. no ramp equipment. no ppe, I have photo evidence of how we are working, flight support is a total joke - I'm embarressed to be employed by them

if you are that concerned about working conditions have u thought about speaking to your line manager rather than moaning and doing nothing
ref: money in banks again did u voice your concerns with a line manger or again do nothing .... i feel the latter from the tone of your post
from what ive seen FS IOM is a neat little operation and the majority of staff are very committed and do a fantastic job... long may it continue

Basically your either 'management' on IOM or you dont know what you are talking about, we are constantly telling Duty managers J.E. - D.R. we cant cope. We are also telling base manager S.Q. we cant cope. We also expressed concercns about wages to all above named. Incedently J.E. and D.R. totally back what we are saying

If you are embarrassed working there then get another job and get out. Some off the staff are getting made redundant so think about what you are saying. If you don't like it.. LEAVE you sad person.Get a life

To be fair if you feel you are getting no where with based managers then you should take your grievance proceedures to the next level and go to your uk director
Those poor guys getting made redunandant i'm sure would like the luxury of having a job ! if your that unhappy you should leave ! and let those who want to work work !

Sad to hear about more FS Rumours

This is Sad to hear about more problems again with FS,this time in the IOM,the staff over there were great and all dont deserve to be messed around again like the staff were in Liverpool,so if BT as gone or been pushed who is now controling the set up???, and where on earth did AR go from Liverpool??, and the next question what on earth is in store for the rest of the FS bases mainly MAN, Keep your chin and heads up guys in the IOM,Im sure you will all be fine, your all a great bunch of guys and Gals and will be all ok still if another copmany comes along over there..Its just a shame that people can build things up and then smash all peoples futures and career prospects and lives and still come out smelling of roses or the stuff thats put on roses..
Keep your heads up FS staff theres always something much better around the corner and to hell with the management,what goes around comes around to those who deserve it....
