Amsterdam / night arrivals

Hi,
Just looking at the Jeppy plates for AMS. Chart 10-1P4 states the following:

2.1.4.1
The RNAV transition procedures for RWY 06 or 18R must be executed by all jet ACFT at NIGHT

It then goes on to say:

In order to enable their pilots to accept RNAV transitions, operators of ACFT arriving during NIGHT must hold P-RNAV operations approval issued by their state.

My company operates B752 with RNAV and can do transition approaches but we do not have P-RNAV. I ve spoken to the tower at AMS but they suggested i call the helpdesk during office hours tomorrow.....

Can anyone shed any light / offer their experiences...?

OJ
