Got a good PICUS programme?
I know of a company that has been a private operation, hiring captains and giving initials to co-pilots, so they have had no formal upgrade procedure. Now that some of these co-pilots are getting to be "experienced," there is a desire to upgrade some of them. Does anyone have a good PICUS checklist...something the captains can use as a guide to what they are looking for in a more formal manner than......"Yeah, I guess he´s about ready."
