HELP required --- from an amateur
Hey..
I've just started studying for d FAA ADX Knowledge Exam.. and I've come across 'hurdles' (so to speak) already..
Can anyone PLEASE help me with an explanation for the question at the following link??

I know I'm supposed to be looking at the charts and diagrams given in the testing supplement and I have..
but I can't find a link to it online..
Would really appreciate it if someone who has the computer testing supplement for aircraft dispatch could explain how you work these out..
