Try your luck and send a CV to Qatar Airways / Doha, as far as i know they are the only major in the region hiring flight dispatcher assistants.

anybody have any idea what a flt dispatcher job in Dubai would pay? ballpark?Im an ATPL H and still flying but would be interested in getting the licence and making the switch to dispatch.
