Future roadmap for airports, airlines and ATC

Dear all,

In reference to Single European Sky (SESAR) & Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) concept, I have a requirement of gathering comments on how an air traffic control services provider can support airports and airline operators in the next 5-10 years. The comments can include a piece of technology, a broken link of information between ATC, airport and airline operators or a procedure that you may have came across and you find it useful to talk about. Your comments are very much appreciated and will be feedback for the future plan.
