BA customer Service Agent job
Hello,
Does anyone know the shift pay for BA CSA's? They advertise the basic salary of £13624 + shift pay.
Also, on the BA jobs site they say;
"As a Customer Service Agent you will:
Receive your work roster in advance and, dependant on the needs of the operation, will have the ability to swap shifts around other commitments "
how flexible are they with rosters and swapping shifts?
Any further details about the job, like training info, would be appreciated.
Thanks

The shifts are easily swapable, when there is someone to swap with, which as far as I know is quite a lot of the time. There are always people who don't like earlies, some who don't like lates, the list goes on.
Job would start off as whats called an 'A3' this is the most junior customer service level. So you will be on the check in desks, meeting arrivals and also carry out gate duties.

i work for BA as a CSA at LGW and shift swaps are easy to come by. We get a summer roster and a winter roster, currently we do 5 days on 3 days off 3 earlys a long day (13 hrs) and a late shift.
