How to be a FAA Aircraft Dispatcher course instructor or examiner

I have a FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Licence and would like to know how to be a certified FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Instructor or examiner. I know for pilots who have CPL, they can get Instructor Rating and teach student pilots to fly. But how to be a Dispatcher Course Instructor? Is there any formal rating like pilots?
