Time of coupling TUG-AIRCRAFT

Hi all
I would like to know in average how much time is taken to couple the tug to the aircraft during a pushback. With towbar tugs and with towbarless tugs.
Do you know any electric or alternative fuel tugs for heavy aircraft?
Thanks
EM

For planing allow 2 minutes.
A good team will do it in less but no-one should take more than 2 minutes once the GSE is at the aircraft.
