If recieving a much better salary, 2 weeks salary of free shares, a fantatsic bonus and excellent staff travel is been a reject from an airline that is stuck in the dark ages has so many dinosaurs running the airline and does not offer any form of incentive to want the airline to succeed, then i know which one i would sooner work for.
