OPS/CREWING JOBS @ EMA

My neighbour asked me information about how to get a crewing/ops job @ EMA, what qualifications are needed, where and who to apply....
Unfortunatelly I haven't got the clue!!!
Any of you can illuminate myself with this matter?
Also I am really not sure if there are any airlines based here with ops/crewing offices....

Xenia, if you check back these fine pages, you will come across a 'blatent' piece of free advertisimg from our good friends at bmi, I seem to remember that they were looking for Ops Controlers, only a few weeks ago.
