Ground Ops Manchester?
Does anybody know of any ground crew positions available anywhere around the manchester area.
I know Airtours and Air2000 are based at Manchester. Does anybody know if they are recruiting.
How do you get into ground ops without the relevant experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am 21. I live in Manchester. I have just completed my PPL.
I used to work for a freight forwarders on the airport as an office junior. I left there to complete a computer engineering apprenticeship.I have finished that now and even though the money is good, i have just got to work around the planes.
I am extremely copmuter literate and competent in airfield operations. I just dont have the xperience of working 'airside'.
I would also work for an airline in an IT department if you know of any contacts?.
Any help appreciated.
