Wink Virgin, Traffic Officer.......

If your a VS traffic officer, or if you just know the answer, could you please advise me;

How easy is it to transfer to become a 'Traffic Officer' if your employed by Virgin as, say, a Special Assistants Agent or Passenger Service Agent?

How long do you have to work in these departments before you can move?

Thanks in advance.

Special assistance (care bears)- no.
Experienced psa's have been taken on.
Current trend is usually staff from baggage services with knowledge of aircraft turnround procedures and ramp awareness - these are the two key areas of experience required. Nice job if you can get in - good luck.
