Question Fractional ownership management

I have been assigned with a fractional ownership assignment in my degree and I thought someone here in the Flight Ops thread might be able to push me in the right direction for some detailed information.

I am looking for info on how to start a fractional ownership concept and then once up and running how to manage it. Obviously the personnel and costs are high but the management of personnel, crew, aircraft, etc would be hectic without a very well oiled system.

I would much appreciate any sincere replies of some sites, books, numbers to call or anything for more information on any of this. Thank you in advance

Question

There was an article on this subject in June ATW. Main players seem to be flexjet & Netjet. This does appear to be a USA type of operation, but no doubt will start to appear within Europe.
Try flexjet

I wish you well in your endeavours.

It is like doing soup:

You will need big Financial support, like almost everything you intend to start, then a group experts mixed with the right Marketing People...you do not need salt or pepper in excess otherwise you know what happens...

A couple years ago EJA/USA started F.P. in Europe called NetJets Europe... http://www.netjets.com
it seams others follow http://www.tagaviation.com

Hope it helps!
