S'ok I suppose.
Heathrow is, alledgedly, a demoralised place largely due to the withdrawal of maintenance which had a knock on effect on how busy they are.
Luton's OK, but major competition from Lynton/Signature. Metro plays second fiddle to them. May change slightly with Flexjet's choice to use them, although (again alledgedly) that was based on the fact Netjets use Signature.
There are a fair number of ex staff, with most people doing their three month stint and moving on - morale is definatley quite low. The lot at Luton were, with the exception of one, pretty miserable all the time - maybe more work will change that, after all not many companies are happy when they're just over the road from a really busy competitor.
Pay's not too brilliant, but average for handling. Few real perks. Very strict with regard to tips (handed in...)
