Unhappy crew in aircraft accidents.

am researching aircraft accidents that had management pilots as the flight crew, and would greatly appreciate any help regarding this. I have tried looking into many of the accidents reports themselves but they do not divulge information as such.
regards.

Thumbs down

Mmmm.... They don't put this information in accident reports for this very reason.

It's down to experience, not management potential.

If you're a journo, please leave us all alone.
