What is the pay range for OP's in Europe?

Manager: £25k + bennies.
Sr Ops Controller: £23k + bennies.
Ops Controller: £20k + bennies.
Ops Asst: £12k

After Opsbod below, thought I'd clarify bennies:
1:1 Pension, Heathcare, Car, Phone, Profit share, Pay for Holiday not taken and bonus based on personal performance. Plus completely free Christmas Party! Not a bad deal really!

Bonus up to 20% of annual salary, 10% on company performance and 10% on personal performance,
