FlyBE EXT Ops

I've just accepted a job in FlyBE Ops. One thing I didn't ask (as it didn't matter at the time) was what benefits are there on the staff travel front. I'll be leaving a major carrier and I quite liked the idea of jumping on a flight to NYC at the last minute. Do FlyBE have the same deals as I should expect, or is it just reduced travel on FlyBE themselves. Please PM me if you don't want to answer in public.
