Has anyone noticed recently more and more non aviation related jobs appearing on this site. What the f*** has kitchens and bathroms got to do with aviation!

Council and Housing Association properties are having their
kitchens and bathrooms upgraded. As part of this process their
is a requirement for a full time permanent Clerk of Works/Building
Surveyor.
The role involves liaison with tenants, contractors and other share
holders. The post holder will need to make valuations on work to be
completed and gain approval for the work to be carried out, and ensure
that it is completed satisfactorily to time and budget.
MUST HAVE A UK WORK PERMIT
