Snoop etihad airways - good bet ?

hi everyone..i am looking to relocate for a better life (and better weather !) to middle east.. I heard about Etihad Airways..Do they pay well ? Do they offer accommodation (like Emirates) for management staff ?
Do you need to have contacts within the airline itself in order to be contacted for an interview ?
Can anyone tell me ?!

I am a bit out of touch to be honest, but did do a stint at QR. Check the ME forum before taking the plunge. Most if not all there is posted honestly. If you do not get accom thrown in, it will break you to pay for it yourself. As for better weather, two seasons down there, Summer and Hell. June thru October in Qatar, never saw below 37C any time day or night.
Good luck with what you choose, take factor 50 sun cream with ya
