Companies with bases in Europe?

I currently work in ATC/Ops in the UK and was previously working in a management role, but I want to move out of the UK to find work abroad with an aviation company. Obviously searching places like aviationjobsearch.com would be the best place to look for current vacancies, but I wondered who would be some good companies to apply to for Ops roles in Spain or Portugal (I speak Spanish to a high standard), as I'm a sucker to the Sun. I will be making an application to NetJets (Lisbon), as they seem a pretty solid company to work for, and Lisbon looks like a great place.
