Working for Ryanair

I notice on the EMA website that Ryanair are advertising for an admin position in their training facility.

Can anyone advise what Ryanair are like to work for. What benefits do you get ?

You here so much bad press but you wonder if it's all true or just blown out of all proportion.

They are hard to work for and the money will be very poor. The girls who work in the offices there are nice but you dont get much support from anybody. If you can i would aviod working for them.
