aviation management education

Hello everyone, I am a new one here. I apologize if I have posted this topic in the wrong part of Forum.
So here is my problem. I am looking for info, opinions and thoughts on how do people become managers in airline companies in Europe? What education they have? Do we have graduates from Cranfield University or ENAC (management programs) here? What is their opinion?
Now I am in the process of choosing a university to continue my education in the area of aviation management. I finished St.Petersburg Academy of Civil Aviation and would like to receive MSC in the EU.
Please give me some advise, I really need it.
Thank you.
